Youth Literacy and Numeracy

Starting in March 2018 and concluding in November 2018, the Al Fayhaa Association implemented the Youth Literacy and Numeracy project in partnership with ANERA in the Tripoli region of North Lebanon. The project aimed to improve the literacy and numeracy skills of out-of-school youth aged 14 to 24, including Lebanese and refugees of Syrian and Palestinian nationalities. The project sought to promote education as a tool for social inclusion and empowerment for marginalized youth and equip them with basic literacy and numeracy skills to enhance their future opportunities. The project’s success was measured through assessments and monitoring, with the ultimate goal of contributing to the development of the Tripoli region.
